Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Cancellations made with at least 2 days (48 hours) notice prior to the scheduled booking time can be canceled free of charge and will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time will incur a $10 administrative fee, which will be deducted from the paid amount before a refund is processed.
